When a great leader falls because of a lack of integrity, it is
very painful for all involved. Tearing another person down to
build yourself up, only leads to a false impression of yourself.

When someone is tearing others down in front of You this is
a guarantee they will do the same to You behind Your back.
Ultimately you will crash and burn from your lack of character.

The question is:

Would You Want This Person As Your Sponsor ?

Life can give us challenges in many areas of our life. How we
handle those challenges ourselves and who helps us, can
determine our success or failure. Loyalty to do the right thing
enters into all decisions. Friendships built on loyalty and trust
are like support beams for a foundation.

A foundation is the beginning. This applies to your marriage,
your friendships, your home and your business. If you build
them correctly, they will sustain you your lifetime. If you
build carelessly everything will crumble around you.

Leaders are built. Day by day, Lesson by lesson. When a
leader chooses to fall, they sacrifice their integrity, their
honor and their character.

If after knowing the facts and fully utilizing their “critical
thinking skills” when someone decides to leave Your Team
please wish them all the best.

Excerpt from “Launching a Leadership Revolution”
Foundational Leadership Quality: Honorable

Integrity can be considered as the condition of “not doing
what’s wrong.” Character can be defined as doing the right
things, for the mere reason that it is the right thing, even if
that thing is difficult and unpopular.

The two sewn together make honor. Author Jeff O’Leary,
in The Centurion Principles, writes, ” ‘Honor’ encompasses
the virtues of integrity and honesty, self-denial, loyalty, and
a servant’s humility to those in authority above as well as a
just and merciful heart to those below.”

Honor is such a rarely used word in our times that it seems
a little old-fashioned. But living a life of integrity and character
is timeless and, for a leader, absolutely necessary. It’s about
choices, and a person’s choices in life follow him to the grave.

Is this to say that a person needs to be perfect to become a
leader? Of course not. Perfection in this life is not possible,
and we, the authors, are certainly not exceptions. However,
a leader must strive continually toward perfection even though
she knows she can never exactly attain it.

It is a question of the heart. The most effective leaders through
out history have led with their hearts, in trust, and with honor.
If a leader cuts corners, misuses people, or misrepresents, the
truth, a time bomb begins ticking. Someday, somewhere, the
bomb will go off. It is obvious in our times only too often: public
figures at the pinnacles of power and fame crash and burn in
the cloud of self-inflicted shame. From political scandals to
high-profile corporate frauds, these calamities are brought
on by a lack of honor in the leadership.

“Human happiness and moral duty are inseparably connected.”

The difference between leaders we revile and those we praise
is their individual level of honor. In fact, honor is the force that
holds a leader’s hunger in check.

Without honor, hunger runs rampant and ultimately serves
only selfish interests. Honor is the component that makes
hunger productive for the leader’s fellow man. In fact, what
we are basically describing here is another “old-fashioned”
word: duty.

George Washington said of duty, “Human happiness and
moral duty are inseparably connected.” So leadership is
spawned by hunger and held in check by honor.

Under that combination, leaders will find happiness in the
fulfillment of their duty to others. It has been said that the
character of a man is the only thing that will walk back
from the grave into the hearts of the people who knew him.

That is the legacy of a leader. The words a leader say and
the walk a leader walks must match. As the saying goes,
“Your word is your worth and your worth is your word.”

Andy Stanley, author of The Next Generation Leader, says,
“To become a leader worth following you must give time and
attention to the inner man.

To leave a legacy that goes beyond accomplishment alone,
a leader must devote himself to matters of the heart.”
Character is developed in the valleys and the peaks of life,
enabling a person to overcome obstacles and deal with
success.

Abraham Lincoln observed, “Nearly all men can handle
adversity, but if you really want to test a man’s character -
give him power.” Character connects a person to what is
right and true.

If reputation is what others think of you, then character is
what God knows about you. This concept of honor is so
important to a leader because people will follow a leader
only as far as they feel they can trust him.

People will not follow a leader they can’t trust. According
to R. Ruth Barton, “We set young leaders up for a fall if
we encourage them to envision what they can do before
they consider the kind of person they should be.

” Warren Bennis tells us, “In the leadership arena,
character counts. I am not saying this casually, of studies,
observations, and interviews with leaders and with the
people near them…. I’ve never seen a person derailed
from [leadership] positions for lack of technical competence.

But I’ve seen lots of people derailed for lack of judgment
and character.” And, as Heraclitus said, “Man’s character
is his fate.” Finally, it should be remembered that a major
component of honor is personal courage.

Without the courage to do what’s right because it’s right,
regardless of ramifications to self, one is not truly worthy
to be called a leader.

When people don’t “Believe” they deserve Success they
will self destruct every time…. This is the reason we tell
everyone we meet to “Participate” in the 30 Day Mental
Cleanse if You want to own Your life.

“Paid Around the Clock”

The Time is now!  DO NOT DELAY!

This New Strategic Team Build Approach Works.

Everyone seein this? Yes you can be paid around the clock will it happen by handing out free xxxxxxx not likly!

The time is now do not delay? If its a new program only the people at the top will make money and they will make lots of it…from your pocket…..If it has not been around for 3-5 years the chance of failure is 99%….YES 99%!!!!

New strategic team build, I would suggest you align yourself with people that have found true success in this industry, and Im not talking GURU’S either. People that have built big and done it with products.

If you have not found the success to live the life you dream of its not because you didnt CHANGE the way your super red upline guru sponsor wanted you to, its not because your dream wasnt big enough and it wasnt because you didnt try hard enough. Chances are it’s because you didnt have the correct knowledge for your success.

Now your question is WHAT IS THE CORRECT KNOWLEDGE? Let me give you an example.

You joined a business, bought the kit and had a sponsor, who was your sponsor looking out for? YOU? Did they help you when you needed it? Where they there when you called them? Did they find out about who you are and see what you were struggling with? Did they help you with those struggles?

Once again I will stress to you this is a people business…people join people, I have helped many without taking their money, and will continue forever. If you would like me to help you do yourself a favor and read success in 10 steps and I can help you sort threw the struggles you have.

TELL ME YOUR 2 BIGGEST OBSTACLES AND I WILL HELP YOU OVER COME THEM!!!

Yellow

Yellow is never going to be sold. They will make a decision quickly, but it

won’t be tonight. They need some information, but not a lot.

Yellow loves to go along with a friend’s recommendation. That’s the easiest

decision they’ll ever make.

Blue

Blue sees the big picture immediately. They will make a decision tonight

with NO information.

Green

Green will decide in a week … or a month … with ALL the information.

You have to give them more data, more data, more data, more data. They

look at why it’s not going to work. They need all the data to prove to you

why it’s not going to work.

But with the right data, you can get them to prove to themselves why it will

work. Then you’ve created magic.

Red

Red will make a split-second decision, based on money. If they see an

opportunity to make them money quickly, they’re ready to go. They make

a decision almost as fast as a Blue, but they do need some data.

Every day I am hit by “internet marketers” telling that they can show me how to get 20 leads a day, 50 leads a week, 1000 leads a month. I use the quotation marks around internet marketers because they are not necessarily that.
I have looked at their programs and what I discover is that they are making money by selling systems to get leads, the leads? They are others that buy into the same system. Now you might be able to use parts of the system to build your business but what is really happening here?
You are paying for a system and your upline gets a portion of the money, now is that internet marketing? Or just bleeding your pocket in hope s that you will get others under you? Ill go with the B option on this one. You see for legitimacy in network marketing you must be selling a product. In this mans opinion that’s not a product and slides under the FTC rules.
So your looking for residual income? If you have to continue to recruit into the system it will never be residual income, you will never be able to walk away.
I posed my question to Tom “Big Al” Schreiter and his response was you can build a great income with just one lead and if you dont know how to talk to people you will need 1000′s of leads and most likly never reach your goals. Fair enough how do you learn to talk to your prospects? That I can show you. Download our free e-book below “success in 10 steps” and go to the bottom of page 46 and read the section called “colors to success” this will help you know how to talk to people. I can also show you other ways to build the relationships that will give you that walk away income!!

Not understanding the prospect’s viewpoint.

Your prospect has to be your focus. Your agenda has to be 100% to help the person you

are listening to. If you aren’t 100% focused on them, they feel it.

It’s like if you were interviewing me and I was reading all my answers from a book.

You’d know it. Same thing here. When you are talking to somebody, you must

understand THEIR viewpoints. What is THEIR “know, like, & trust”?

What do they want from life? Do they have kids? Do they have grandkids? What do they

want?

And how can YOU help them? It really comes back to how well you understand

personalities, and how well you listen. And you get that ability by learning the “Color To

Success” technology which you will find more of here on my blog.

46. Entire company management is experienced, ethical
& legal.
It’s critical to have a corporate structure of experienced MLM
people. Your long-term success depends on having a
corporate structure of experienced MLM people. (Do a writeup
on your company leadership & why they are perfect for
your team’s success. It should be easy to get this
information from your company.)
47. A Culture of Truth.
Every company you align with has a culture. Ours believes in
truth.
48. A compensation plan that pays REALLY well!
You can earn a substantial 5-figure monthly in-come with
only 400 people on autoship in your entire group. In most
companies, that takes 2000+ people! ASTONISHING: you
can actually do this in a year by personally sponsoring just
ONE person a month – & train them to do the same.
49. You average $20-$25/month profit . . .
… for everyone in your group on autoship, so you can earn
$500 a month from only 25 customers.
50. Exotic company-paid trips
… for Diamond – level producers (past trips went to Italy,
England, Austria, etc.).

So my question is: Do you want a compensation plan that works for 97% of the
people or a plan that works for 3%?
Another note: I’m pretty analytical when it comes to compensation plans. I
LOVE a company that lets me personally sponsor someone, then place them
ANYWHERE in my group to maximize THEIR dollar pay-out. You build trust & retention
this way.
So my advice is, avoid any comp plan that:
1. Limits your strategy to place personally sponsored people where you want.
2. Forces you to go wide.
3. Doesn’t reward you for building deep.
4. Won’t work for average part-timers.
Remember: numbers are just like gravity. Work with them, not against them.
Choose a compensation plan that works with the numbers and the masses.

Last One In Is a Rotten Egg

When the timing is right, NON-network marketers will take your product to the
marketplace. The timing means NOW. Not 5 years earlier. Not 5 years later. I’ll
take timing over hard work every time.
Millionaires have been made in this industry JUST because of timing alone.
Nothing else.
So how can you gauge the timing?
It’s not easy, but here are some tips:
1. You’ll waste a lot of time, money & energy getting in too early, because a
large percentage of these companies fail in the first year or two.
2. You’ll waste a lot of time, money & energy getting in too late. If the company
is a household name (imagine the MLM companies you think of as dinosaurs), its
momentum growth period occurred years ago. You’re fighting a real uphill financial
battle to start new in companies like this.
3. You want to get in AFTER a company has proven it has staying power
(maybe 3-5 years), but BEFORE its momentum growth period (in general,
the time it takes a company to go from $100,000,000 to
$500,000,000 a year). If you can find a company like this, and which also has
the other parts of the formula in place, some fun work will give you the chance
to ride a momentum wave to wealth.

Trying to work a compensation plan

that goes against your personality.

This is the most overlooked problem in network marketing. The Red personalities (harddriving
salespeople) do amazingly well with an Australian 2-up compensation plan. They
have convinced everybody why it is so good for you to give them your 2 best people!
And that is because the rest of the ones you recruit will give you their two and their two
and their two … the Reds will convince you that this compensation plan is fantastic.
And it is … for a Red!
Reds also love a stairstep-breakaway compensation plan. It’s recruit, recruit, recruit, sell,
sell, sell. That’s what they live for. Go, go, go, find the 5% hot prospects, toss the other
95% – the dead bodies – out of the way.
Reds only make up 15% of the population, yet they convince the 85% of the merits of
their own favorite compensation plans. “Look at all the money I’m making!”
So here’s the problem: when you build a team, 95% of your group will be part-time
people. And part-time people cannot build a stairstep-breakaway compensation plan. It
takes a hard-driving salesperson with a full-time commitment. Part-timers just can’t do it.
Remember: business models drive the behavior in the field. Consider a breakaway plan
for a moment. Let’s say the “breakaway” happens at $20,000 volume, and I now have
$19,000 monthly volume. You are my sponsor.
Are you going to work with me, help me get over that $20,000 hump … and when I hit
$20 K, you lose me and the income I generated for you?
There’s one company, over 20 years old, and it’s a true breakaway. When I hit that
benchmark, you lose ALL of me. Completely. And the Red says, “OK. I’ll just go find
another one.” But it’s massively devastating to the Yellow personalities & others.
That type of plan is for recruit, recruit, recruit only. Now, what’s the lifeblood of any
business? It’s product movement. Retailing. If you don’t have product movement, there’s
no money being made. So those plans create recruit, recruit, recruit. And for the Yellow
& Green personalities, 70% of the population, there’s nothing harder in this business than
to recruit.
In other words, in a stairstep breakaway comp plan, 70% of the people are set up for
failure before they ever join. Toughest thing in the world for them is to recruit, and you
throw them in a plan where they have to do nothing but recruit to be successful.
It’s an absolute disaster for them.
A few years ago we worked with a lady, Yellow personality, she’d spent about $50,000
trying to do network marketing. She tried to build 3 companies. All 3 companies were
stairstep-breakaway.
It didn’t work. She needed a comp plan that rewarded her for building deep, helping her
people build. Then she started building a plan that went deep, and that worked for her
personality, and she had success. She replaced her income in one year, owned her life in
2 years. THAT is magic.

OK.

I’m Not Tom Cruise. But I’m Not

Elmer Fudd, Either …

One day when I was 16, I was working in my dad’s auto repair shop. A strikingly

beautiful woman, mid-to-late 30s, walked in.

She took my breath away.

Curious, I looked into the lot to see what kind of car she drove.

’64 Ford Galaxy. Two-door. Turquoise.

And that wasn’t all.

INSIDE the car was someone who looked a lot like her, only younger.

I was hypnotized. I had to get closer.

I did.

We talked for 15 minutes.

I came back into the shop, went in the office, shut the door, leaned against the

wall, closed my eyes.

I pictured the day Linda & I would get married.

That was 36 years ago. She’s still the love of my life. (Plus, I have the hottest

mother-in-law you could EVER imagine!)

I knew it the instant I saw them.

What would you be willing to do to create that kind of impression on

YOUR prospects?

People figure they have a great company, great products, excellent marketing
plan, good skills, proven track record, and on and on … so success in this business
should be like rolling off a log.
And then they get crushed UNDER the log!
Some facets of this business are so obvious, you may take them for granted …
and never actually DO them.
For instance.
We talked earlier about a huge, all-encompassing, powerful “WHY” that will keep
you going in your business, no matter what you come up against.
But you need ANOTHER huge, all-encompassing, powerful “WHY”.
THIS “WHY” is the reason your prospects should choose YOU over all
their other 650 home business options. Your job is to make an impression
on them that they will NEVER forget!
I don’t know your business. I don’t know what advantage YOU offer that puts
you head and shoulders above your competition.
I only know that if you can’t offer that kind of advantage,
You Are ROADKILL!!
You got NO chance.
So to help give you some ideas, I’ll tell you the advantage we offer our
prospects that elevates us above all the competition:
“I’ll provide a lead generation system that brings ONLY the most qualified
people into your group. Then I’ll train them FREE, 5 nights a week,
to build relationships and become Top Sponsors who will build YOU a
lifetime residual income!”
… or the short version:
“I will personally help you get, mentor, and keep your people – for
FREE, 5 nights a week!”
You are certainly welcome to become part of our group and use OUR advantage.
But in any event, you MUST be able to put YOUR focused advantage into a few
words to create a lasting impression and elevate you above all your competition.
“So What?”
There’s a very well-known Direct Marketing guy (See? I DO know some of
them!) who once told me that after he writes an ad, he reads every sentence to
himself and asks,
“So What?”
If he doesn’t have a good answer, that sentence is GONE!
“So What?” is a good benchmark for YOU to use as you build your business. Everything
you plan to do … every sentence you write … ask yourself, “So what?”
In other words …
Am I on-target?
Have I gotten hypnotized by a side-issue and gone off in some time-wasting direction?
Is this piece critical to the final picture?
Does this make sense? Can other people follow it?
“So what?” will help you execute.
You’ll learn to be surgical in focusing on what’s important.
You’ll get rid of much of the clutter in your life.
It will help you define your competitive advantage.
I strongly recommend it.
