For all the people that think completely understanding your P&P’s is a waste of time because YOUR company will never do anything bad to you, this document should be an eye opener. While it’s true that when you are in the first few years of building they mean very little but  they come into serious play when you make it big…you do want to make it big dont you?  You want to keep that paycheck dont you?

I have read 100′s of contracts and the following is in many, when greed and ego take over for the company leaders you will find yourself in the same situation as Burke Hedges. This has happened many many times, the amounts of lost income here is amazing!!!

These few points I will share with you are the shocking truth on how greed and ego can take your check, how the P&P”s are made to protect the company and a WAKE UP CALL for everyone in MLM….

Mr. Hedges has worked in the mlm industry for over 24 years as a consultant and speaker, he has worked with Avon, Mary Kaye, Amway and other such companies.

In section 4.2 of the original agreement it states that both parties agree that the original agreement could be modified. What this means for you is that they can change the P&P’s to fit what they want at any time, ONE RED FLAG

Here’s a great story from our friend Stephen Ray Porter of Hannibal, MO.  Steve is a criminal trial lawyer who has been a network marketer for 35 years with little success.  That is, until he learned a few simple skills from Tom ‘Big Al’ Schreiter.  Read his story below …

This morning, my wife asked me to go get her a weekend newspaper.  I drove to our local convenience store, bought the paper, and got into my vehicle to head back home.  I waved at one of the employees I talk to regularly.  He waved and came over to talk.

He asked me what I did for a living.  I told him that I am a trial lawyer and that I also own a very successful home business.

When he asked me about my internet business,  I told him that I could give him a complete business presentation but that it would take an entire 60 seconds.  I asked him when he could set aside a whole 60 seconds, and he replied, “How about right now?”

I told him that in order for him to be successful in my business, you have to be able to do these three things:

1. Don’t change.  Keep recommending and promoting the things you like as you always have, like your favorite thing to do on weekends, your favorite restaurants, your favorite movies.  I told him that most people do network marketing everyday but they just don’t get paid for it.

2. Sometime in your lifetime, you have to find four people who feel the same way that you do about this business.  I told him the name of my company and that they have life-changing products that help people feel better and live better.  I told him that he doesn’t have to find all 4 people right away.  Pace yourself!  Find one a month, one a year, one a decade.
   

3. And between everyone that you talk to and everyone that they talk to and everyone that they talk to forever and ever and ever, you eventually accumulate about 300 people who use our products on a regular basis and you would earn between $6000 and $7500 per month.  That’s it.  The rest is up to you.  What do you think?

His reply was, “Sounds great, do you have a business card”?  I said, “No, I don’t have any with me right now, but if you have pen and paper, I’ll give you a couple of websites to look at.”

He walked back to the store, got a pen and a piece of paper and came back to my vehicle.  I wrote the two websites and my phone number and told him to call me if he liked what he saw.

Now how easy was that!?  I’ve never had these kinds of results before.  All I had to do was do what Big Al said to do, and now I’m building my business and having fun!

1. Beware of any plan that makes exaggerated earnings claims, especially when there seems to be no real underlying product sales or investment profits. The plan could be a Ponzi scheme where money from later recruits pays off earlier ones. Eventually this program will collapse, causing substantial injury to most participants.

2. Beware of any plan that offers commissions for recruiting new distributors, particularly when there is no product involved or when there is a separate, up-front membership fee. At the same time, do not assume that the presence of a purported product or service removes all danger. The Commission has seen pyramids operating behind the apparent offer of investment opportunities, charity benefits, off-shore credit cards, jewelry, women’s underwear, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, and even electricity.

Shock!

My worthless sponsor opened his mail and pulled out a cashier’s check for $1,000,000. 

He quickly cashed the check and now had $1,000,000 in his savings account. Life was going to be good.

On the way home from the bank, he quickly telephoned and:

1. Hired a personal assistant.
2. Ordered his Ferrari.
3. Hired a maid.
4. Bought a six-pack of premium beer.

After a good night’s sleep, my worthless sponsor woke up to start enjoying his new lifestyle of a millionaire.

He called his personal assistant. No answer.
He looked in his driveway. No Ferrari had been delivered.
The maid hadn’t showed up for work.

“What’s wrong with the world?!” he cursed.

So my worthless sponsor got into his old car, and drove into the city to fire some people and get the world to bow to his wishes. After all, he was a millionaire.

On the way to the city, he listened to the news on his radio. The newscaster reported:

If you belong to any of the big social/business networks you most likely have seen many posts about many great businesses, how to make great money, who to be in business with.

So what do you learn from these discussions? Have you learned what to say to people to spark their interest in your business? Do you know who the leaders are in these companies? Have they left other companies? Why have they left?

Here’s a question I love…how many people do you need on your team to make a residual income of 10k a month?  Ask this of any of the “heavy hitters” you see posting every day and see what kind of an answer you get.  REMEMBER THIS 2+2 =4 and it always will YOU CANT CHANGE THE NUMBERS, If I need 400 people and you need 3000 people to make 10k a month you figure how much harder you need to work and that go’s for your whole team, if one guy makes a “solid six figure income” with 47,000 on his team and another makes 1.2 million a month with the same number of people where do you think many many people will go to partner up?…..THINK ABOUT IT!!!

Here’s some attitude from one guy that dosent want to here any BS from a guru yet this was his comment when asked what companies he was with, after you read it ask your self do you want to be in business with this person? If he has made all this money why is he still busting his butt on a social network to build?  DAM GOOD QUESTION HUH? And about the cruise ship? If you made 10k a month you could live on a cruise ship and still have a few $1000 to put in the bank…..

” #1 was Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx… I made an average of $40k per month for 3 years and about 3/4 million on the stock after it went public, I was # 1 in Xxxxxxx Xxxx , put over 15,000 reps in just over 1 year (and that was before any of us used computers) I am currently in Xxxxxxxx , have been since 2008, am one of the top 3 in the company, I am also a Senior VP with Xxxxxxxxx. If I only made 10K per month I wouldn’t have sold my investment company back in 1989 for $6m. I don’t know what cruise ships you travel on ,but you need to upgrade your standards a bit…when you break $100k per month I will take your “pro bono” help”

See any ego here? WANT TO BE IN BUSINESS WITH HIM? Why 3 different companies? Not enough money in the world for this RED personality!!!!! and where is his downline? gone? why? This guy was mad because we didn’t bite on his amazing deal….hmmm…puff that chest out Mr. and show us how great you are….LOL

These “heavy hitters” will never tell you the truth, you’ll never join them!!!! I told one bunch of them better watch out for the sleeping giant in MLM managed by 40 year professionals, people that have built big teams and done it with integrity , that know the customer and distributors should come first, after I posted I got this replay….

“It’s not the guys who have 40 years in the biz that are growing the largest Organizations…..it’s the new breed of Internet savey business people that think Global and have the desire and passion to make it happen!!!”

Then I went to his profile and 2 of his 3 links to his business did not work, internet savey? Come on give me a break!! Again you’ll never get the truth… want some real help? Want to build big?
