In today’s economic climate you need the peace of mind to live your life to the fullest. Now the question is HOW can you accomplish it? You might get a second job? Play the stock market? win the lottery? Invest in real estate? Inherit wealth?

How To Guarantee You Make Money In Your Business Using Just The Internet!”

Ok you know you have seen them or something like them, but what do you really know? Most of these programs are affiliate programs and only the people at the top make any money, you will NOT REACH YOUR DREAMS THIS WAY!!!! I have talked with many people that take this path, again I must stress that SOME will make money, but very few will and not much money will be made.

So now the question is HOW do you reach that goal? First and foremost you must have a concert WHY, if your why is unshakeable NOTHING will take you out of the game. Products we all have great products or our companies would not be in business, simple.

Lets talk about companies or really how much you get paid. 3-7% is the average and dont be fooled by “We pay 100% commissions” I don’t care what anybody told you about how much money your gonna make, if they really knew they wouldn’t have got you into the deal.

A popular load of manure being shoveled on the internet recently is a scheme that promises 100% commissions!  Let’s stop right there before the geniuses behind the plan have a chance to mesmerize us even more.

If a product costs $80 to produce and deliver, and it sells for $100, commissions of 20% can be paid.  If production and delivery costs can be reduced to $70, that leaves more profit and commissions of 30% can be paid out. If 50% is paid out, the product costs $50 to produce, and so on.

If 100% commissions are paid out, the cost/value of the product must be … let’s see … find the calculator … carry the one … we get … ZERO!

Ask any business person if this makes sense in the real world and get ready to be laughed out of the board room.

Network Marketing, MLM, Internet Marketing, Affiliate Marketing are all alternate methods of doing just one thing – to bring goods and services to the end consumer.  Commissions are paid from the difference between retail and wholesale.  It’s just that simple.

If it doesn’t make sense downtown, you shouldn’t fall for it online.

Too many of us think that anything is possible in the magical world of the internet, and too often we find ourselves left with an empty wallet and a steaming pile of mystical manure.

When you watch the ‘business presentation’ of the 100% commission crooks, you’ll see a lot of money changing hands (in the upward direction) but no product or service moving back down.  This is a classic definition of a pyramid, where the value flows in only one direction.

The result is that you have many people collecting (not earning) money in a scheme based on a product or service of zero value.  It would be a lot tidier for the organizers if they just got rid of whatever they pretended to sell, but pyramids are more polite when they are disguised.

Not once in the seven minute presentation is a product mentioned – more indication that the ‘earnings’ are coming straight out of the pockets of the participants.

Interesting, eh? That means that if we want to be a leader, chances are that we won’t have much upline support. If we do get any upline support, just consider that as a lucky break.

Also, if we don’t intend to be a leader, it probably doesn’t matter if we have upline support or not.

We have to ask ourselves:

“What is it that I want my upline to do that I am unwilling to do myself?”

The answer is obvious. We should do the work ourselves.
It’s tough – but if we don’t take this viewpoint, here is what happens:

If we mistakenly believe that our upline is necessary to build us into a leader, that means we also must hold the hands of our unmotivated
distributors and do their work for them too.

Ouch! Not a pleasant picture.

So remember, most leaders are sponsored by someone who isn’t a leader. Becoming a leader is up to us.

I couldn’t help myself when I read one of my mentors posts, I JUST HAD TO SHARE IT WITH YOU!! Bob and Anna are always helping people “figure it out”, ENJOY!!!

An enthusiastic networker named Al called us recently to discuss one of our articles and pump us for his new deal, a company selling information, CD’s, ebooks, training, etc.  He admitted that his product cost little or nothing to produce, so the company could pay out huge commissions.  We let him know we weren’t interested, but offered to help him calculate his 10k answer.

“How many active people do I need in my business to generate a walkaway residual income of $10000 a month?”

Al:  Oh, that’s easy!  With the Wonderful 100, you can earn $100000 a year.
Us:  Okay, that’s $8333 a month, right?
Al:  Right!  We’ve got information to help people with their finances and their health and …
Us:  Slow down a bit, Al.  Let’s just stick to the math, okay?
Al:  Okay.
Us:  So what is the Wonderful 100 that generates $8333 a month?
Al:  You have 100 people in two legs with helpful information and ebooks about dieting and saving and …
Us:  Hold on, Al.  We don’t need to know about the products.  Let’s just do the math, okay?
Al:  Okay.
Us:  So that’s 200 people generating $8333 per month, right?
Al:  Right.
Us:  If you divide 200 into $8333, that’s $42 to you per person on your team, right?
Al:  That sounds about right.
Us:  How much is each person spending per month?
Al:  Well if they get the full information package, that’s one price, but if they choose separate parts, they …
Us:  Al?
Al:  Yes?
Us:  How much?
Al:  Oh.  $50 per month.
Us:  So let’s see if we have this right.  You’re in a binary where many people get paid on the same volume, right?
Al:  Right.
Us:  And each person is spending $50 per month, and you and many others are each making $42 from that sale, right?
Al:  Right.
Us:  So how many people can get paid $42 from a $50 sale?
Al:  What do you mean?
Us:  $42 is 84% commissions.  You can’t even pay two people 84%, let alone a bunch of people in a binary, right?
Al:  Well, it doesn’t work quite like that.
Us:  So how does it work?
Al:  We have really useful information for health and finances …

It’s sad how Al trusted the information he got from the company.  It’s even sadder that when faced with the facts, Al could not allow them in.

My question today is…..What is “Business Coaching For Entrepreneurs?” Now Im sure all of you have seen something like this..yes? Perhaps you stuck your toe into the water to see what it was about….what did you find? Was there a business opportunity hidden in the midst of all the very important, knowledgeable, super stars you saw?

Did you find training that would help you? Perhaps you were looking for some help in a current endeavor? when you told the “Coaches” you needed help in your current business what was the response you got? Better question might be, “Would your current mentor help in another business?”

Perhaps it was “Our program will help you make money in your current business PLUS you can make money by referring people into our MENTORING program?”

Hundreds of programs, hundreds of great people telling you how to make money, all the information makes you dizzy, you dont know who to believe…… well I’m going to share a few facts with you that might surprise you.

1. A referral program that will help you build your main business will hinder you in that process, you begin and soon you find yourself spending more time on a tool than building your house……

2. About the internet, its a great thing but it does not mean success to you. Give this some thought, how did hundreds of people make millions of dollars BEFORE the internet? Before the fax machine? People had skills and companies weren’t greedy and filled with egoistical people.

3. You NEED to know the facts of your business, how you and your team get paid, if you can lose your check after years of hard work and who is looking after you and your success? Company P&P’s are filled with “gotchas” and unless you know what to look for you will never see it. Below are some examples…..

Tell your prospect that he must “qualify” to join your program.

You could say this:

“Mr. Prospect. I don’t want you to join my business if it’s not for you. So, before you make a decision, do this. Come to next week’s    opportunity meeting and bring two guests. After the meeting, see how your guests react. See how you feel about our business. And then, make a decision.”

Every week some local restaurant is trying to entice business people to eat lunch at its establishment by offering a drawing for a ‘free lunch.’  These business people dutifully place their business cards in the
fishbowl hoping for a free meal.

After the big prize drawing, this fish bowl is unceremoniously dumped in the trashcan so that next weeks drawing can continue.

Want prospects with real business experience? No problem.

Find several restaurants in your area catering to the business lunch crowd and start using the ‘fish bowl’ strategy.

Each restaurant will attract business people from its local area so you won’t get lots of ‘overlap’ by going to multiple restaurants.

Ask the manager, ‘What do you do with those cards after the drawing?’

You’ll hear, ‘I just throw them in the trash.’

You say, ‘Let me take them off your hands!’

Prepare to leave with numerous cards in your hands, pockets, brief case, etc.

What is your goal in MLM? I’m sure money is near the top of the list. I also know for most of us its also to help others. Now I’m not sure about you but when I die I dont want written on my tombstone, “Here lies Randy Fried, he paid off his mortgage and all his credit card bills”…LOL

I will be remembered as a person that cared for others and helped them become all that they can be! So how will you help them? Do you have a business that gives them all the “how to” training?

Lets go back to the original “why”. MONEY. I will assume you want to go to the bank and say to the teller deposit this please, and when she says t0 you, “checking or savings” you most probably want to say….”Either one it makes no difference I get them every week!”.

Now in order for you to do that you will need to have a business that you actually get paid fairly for all your hard work! You will also need to have your team in to be able to make money because we all know “no pay no stay” and that is the reason why our failure rate is so high in MLM and also the reason people change companies every 3 months.

Many prospects are afraid to try a new product or investigate an opportunity. They kindly tell us, “No. I’m busy. I’m not interested.”

You can use a simple guilt approach to motivate the prospect to at least look at what you have to offer. Here is an example.

A company sold water filters. Their distributors were trained to simply loan the water filter to a prospect for one week. At the end of the week the distributor would pick up the water filter or take an order for a new water filter.

Only one problem. Prospects wouldn’t let the distributors leave off a trial water filter.
