Above is an income chart publicly published by a very well know mlm…… Simple enough right? Well lets look at another portion of the document…..

The average monthly Active Distributor earnings for 2009 are $267 or $3,202 annually.
The average monthly PowerStart for Active Distributors who took part in PowerStart for 2009 was $268
The following are the approximate percentages of Active Distributors by rank in 2009: Rep. 2.04%, Pref.
Rep. 70.76%, 1K 21.95%, 5K 4.04%, 20K 0.84%, Premier 0.22%, 100K 0.10%, 200K 0.04%, 500K 0.01%.

These income statistics are based on earnings for Active Distributors during the 2009 calendar year with
international earnings being converted to USD based on the day the earnings were incurred.

Note the 500k crowd is ONE ONE HUNDREDTH OF ONE PERCENT, THE 200K crowd IS ONLY FOUR ONE HUNDREDTH OF ONE PERCENT…..WHATS YOUR GOAL?

Notice above the 3 bottom levels in the plan are 94.75% of the field, so the average income for the largest group, level 2 is $122.00. Now the autoship costs about $150.00 that means it costs you $28 per month to be in business, but wait theres more….these fees are in the policies and procedures…..

The Contract is valid for the period of one (1) year from the Date of Sign-up. Each year after
that, the Contract may be renewed by payment of a renewal and materials fee. This fee must be paid
by the Distributor on the annual anniversary of the Date of Sign-up when the Distributorship is
required to be renewed. The purpose of this fee is to support Distributors by providing them with
materials and information on the Company’s Products, programs, Policies and Procedures, and
related information.

REALLY? ARE YOU KIDDING? DOUBLE DIPPING ON THE DISTRIBUTORS WHO MOVE THE PRODUCT? REALLY????

Service Charges. The Company provides numerous services to its Distributors without charge.
However, Distributors occasionally make requests that require special time and effort to
fulfill. Requests in this category would include copies of receipts, paperwork, in-depth
Commission information that must be calculated or extracted, research, banking instructions,
stop-payment requests, etc. These and other special requests are available to the Distributor for a
cost of forty dollars ($40 USD or equivalent local currency) per hour, plus actual costs, with a
minimum charge of forty dollars ($40 USD or equivalent local currency) per request. Costs would
include banking fees, photocopy expenses, professional fees, etc.

A fee of thirty five dollars ($35 USD or equivalent local currency) will be charged for each
Sponsor/Placement change request submitted. This fee will be charged even if the request
is rejected by the Company.
Change-request forms must be completed and received at the
Company by 5 p.m. Mountain Time (-7 UTC Standard and -6 UTC Mountain Daylight Time) on
the 20th day of the month. Requests received after this deadline will be processed for the
following month. A discounted fee of twenty five dollars ($25 USD or equivalent local
currency) will apply to all Sponsor/Placement changes submitted and received at the
Company by 5 p.m. Mountain Time (-7 UTC Standard and -6 UTC Mountain Daylight Time) on
the 15th day of the month.

Reissued Checks. In the event that a Commission check must be reissued to a Distributor, the
Company will charge the Distributor a fee of fifteen dollars ($15 USD or equivalent local currency).
If a check must be reissued because of the Company’s error, no additional charge will be applied.

Remember 94.75% of the distributors are living this dream, now I’m not saying this is a bad company with a bad product, I’m just saying these are THE RULES your playing by in the contract YOU signed with this company. Is this normal? Yes I see  it in many P&P’s. So once again I ask you..DO YOU REALLY KNOW HOW YOUR COMP. PLAN WORKS? DO YOU KNOW WHATS IN YOUR P&P’S? This was just a very small bit of 46 pages of P&P’s, want some help? wthout someone trying to get you into a deal? We are all grown ups, we can make our own decisions, but should we not make them based on facts not hype or smoke and mirrors? I know your friend was trying to help you and I know your upline does not kn ow all the answers….thats what I do, help you see the TRUTH!! Want the truth? start here…….
